This family are looking for a reliable, friendly and imaginative personal assistant to support their 12 year old daughter on a long-term/permanent basis. The right person will be able to build up a friendship and support her to do all the things that she enjoys doings, including meeting her friends, going shopping to name a few. Start date asap.
Hours of work are:-
Mondays and Wednesdays 3.30pm to 6.30pm and
Saturday and Sunday 4pm to 10pm
Weekdays are the most important days to support and therefore some flexibility may be available at the weekends.
Previous experience of additional support needs is not essential as training will be provided. It is more important to find the right person to build a positive relationship and offer fun things to do to ensure she is able to do the things she loves.
A mobility car will be available to go out and about, but a driver is not essential.
It is a non-smoking household.
Hourly rate is £15 per hour.
