This friendly and welcoming family, who live in the Comiston area of Edinburgh, are looking for an experienced nanny to look after their baby, who will be eight months at the start date.
Start date is the end of January 2025 (but could be sooner if needed).
The working days and times are: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9am and 5pm.
Please note that this may increase to 4 days in the future but not confirmed.
The hourly rate is £15 per hour gross.
The parents are looking for a fun, kind, caring and flexible nanny with experience of caring for infants. Someone easy going who will fit into their relaxed household. They want their nanny to feel really welcome in their home. Mum works from home and Dad will be doing a mixture of working from home/working in the office.
Their baby is bottle fed and soon to start weaning so experience and confidence in weaning is essential. They must be fun and be able to plan engaging activities in and out of their home. Aside from caring for their baby, the nanny will have other usual nanny tasks while the baby naps such as the baby’s laundry, bedding, ensuring all toys etc are clean and cleaning/tidying up after the baby.
Paediatric first aid is required or willing to undertake training before starting this position.
Non-smoker.
A driver is not required but there is free parking at the family home.
