We are recruiting a permanent after school nanny to work with a lovely family who live in the Craiglockhart area of Edinburgh. They may consider a temporary solution until they find a permanent nanny.
They have three children ages 10, 6 and 3.5 years. They have an older brother who is 13 but comes home independently.
Hourly rate: £17 per hour gross
Start Date: ASAP
Days and Hours: Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 2.45pm to 5.45pm (9 hours per week)
More hours may also be available in the school holidays.
The role will involve collecting the children from school, bringing them home, preparing snack, dinner, assisting with homework and enjoying some after school home based activities.
They all enjoy arts and crafts, riding their bikes, music and cooking.
As a family they love spending time outside together, going to the park, cooking and eating together.
They would like a nanny who is kind, playful reliable and flexible. and gentle who will take time to get to know the children’s individual needs. They would prefer a non smoker but open to both.
A driver is not required but if a non driver, the nanny and children would need to return home on the bus. There is free parking at the family home.
They have a cat.
