This lovely welcoming family from Gordon in the Scottish Borders are looking for a part time nanny to look after their son who is nearly 3 years old.
The hours will be 16 to 20 hours each week (flexible days) and will ideally be two or 2.5 full days each week during school term time. However, they can also work with 5 afternoons each week (not mornings).
During school holidays the hours will be 40 hours per week over 5 days.
A salary can be calculated so that the nanny receives the same wages each month.
The hourly rate is £14 per hour gross.
The start date is the end of April or the beginning of May 2025.
Their son is a very energetic and curious child who is currently interested in cars, tractors and dinosaurs. He loves being outdoors.
They would like to find a nanny who is reliable, trustworthy and genuinely enjoys caring for young children. The right person will be outgoing, responsible and happy to stimulate his development through various activities. Other usual nanny duties will be expected e.g. son’s laundry, changing his bedding and cooking for him. Non-smoker.
A driver with own car is required. There is free parking at the family home.
The family have a Rhodesian Ridgeback.
