We are seeking a kind, caring and proactive nanny to join a family who live near Ormiston in beautiful East Lothian. They currently have two children ages 5 and nearly 4 years. They also have another child due early July 2025.
Start date: Monday 4th August 2025 for approximately one year possibly longer.
Hours: Monday to Friday 1pm to 6pm
Salary: £15 per hour
Care will primarily be for their older two children, helping with pick up, taking them to after school activities then bringing them home for dinner. From 1pm, mum would like help with things like laundry and other tasks related to the care of the children before collecting the children at 3pm.
Their oldest is very interested in art and drawing and their current youngest loves Lego so they would love their nanny to be creative and encourage play based activities.
A driver is required with their own car – mileage will be paid for using own car at 45p per mile.
Non smoker.
They have a miniature Schnauzer who is very friendly.
