🌟 Full-Time Nanny Role – Auchterarder area PH3 1 (Relocating from Eaglesham Summer 2026)
A long-term, secure role with an adventurous and growing family.
We are recruiting a qualified, experienced, energetic, and nurturing nanny for a warm, close-knit family who are currently based in Eaglesham, Glasgow, relocating to Auchterarder/ Gleneagles area in the Summer of 2026.
This is a permanent, long-term role (15+ years) supporting two young children now, with a third baby arriving in March 2026 — a dream opportunity for a qualified and experienced nanny looking for stability, variety, and a genuinely lovely family.
💡 Because the family will move in the summer of 2026, candidates in or willing to work long-term in Auchterarder/Gleneagles area are especially encouraged to apply.
📍 Location & Transition
- Current location: Eaglesham, Glasgow
- Future location: Auchterarder/ Gleneagles (move taking place Summer 2026)
- Start date: Around May 2026, when the current nanny finishes
- The family are happy to cover temporary Monday–Friday accommodation near Eaglesham for the nanny prior to the move, if required.
🧸 The Children
- A bright, affectionate 5 year old who will be transitioning into a more structured routine ahead of starting school. Academically ready and thrives with calm, patient guidance.
- A joyful, high-energy 2.5 year old who loves being outdoors, riding his bike, and staying active.
- Baby due March 2026 – Mum will be present and hands-on, particularly during the early months.
⚠️ Allergy note: one child has a nut allergy (pistachio & cashew). The household is therefore nut-free and extremely safety-conscious. EpiPens are carried (never used to date).
🕰 The Role
- Days: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 9am–5pm (45 hours per week)
- Children: 2 initially, transitioning to 3 children in March 2026
- Driver required (car provided by the family)
- Mum is a stay-at-home parent, so the nanny must be comfortable working alongside mum in a shared-care, collaborative environment
- Dad travels frequently due to work commitments.
💷 Salary & Benefits
- Rate of Pay: up to £60,000 gross per annum depending on experience
- Car provided
- Long-term, permanent position
- The family travel regularly and may invite their nanny to travel with them, though this is optional, not essential
🧾 Requirements
The ideal nanny will have:
- A childcare or nanny qualification
- Valid PVG and willing to update
- Up to date First Aid
- EpiPen / allergy training (or willingness to complete — training will be provided if needed)
- Proven experience with allergies
- A full driving licence
- A non-smoker.
