Once you’ve completed this form, please also fill in the form via this link for our Early Years Agreement.
The current hourly rate for unqualified workers / NC / SVQ 2 is £18 per hour and the hourly rate for qualified workers / level 3 /HNC is £20 per hour. Rates are charged at 15-minute intervals.
Please note that if you let workers leave early because they are not required you will still be invoiced for the hours booked above. We feel it is unfair on a worker if they accept a shift but are only paid for part of the agreed time.
Please be mindful of the safety of our workers and please be clear about what you would like their role to be while they are with you.

We will email you your invoice between 20th – 25th of each month. Payment should be made within 7 days.
