Pamela was really helpful and present for us, we only had one week to find someone and even on short notice, she managed to find us a babysitter. My children have only ever been looked after by family members so using a sitter service was really nerve wracking. Mother's helper service: we used this service for a few months when I was unwell. Our mother's helper came for 3 hours every week and played with my three children while I rested or got a job done. She was excellent with my girls, and it was wonderful having someone I knew I could trust take them out to the park and do things with them that I was unable to do at that time. She helped me recover more quickly than I would have done without her help. Pamela is very thoughtful in matching you up with a helper and chose the perfect person for us. She is so willing to help and will do whatever she can. I highly recommend the Mother's Helper service.

I have been extremely impressed from start to finish with the efficiency and organisation of getting the childcare in place so easily even though it wasn’t a regular booking and finding a perfect match based upon my requirements. Ellie was absolutely fantastic today with my boys she was extremely professional and reliable but also warm, kind, and had a fabulous way with them. She showed a keen interest in them as individuals which was really nice given their ages (11 and 9). She got in touch in advance and checked important information too such as allergies and contact details and likes/ dislikes which was very thoughtful. The wedding was great thanks, and Aimee was fantastic! She put me completely at ease as soon as she arrived, and also kept me updated with how things were going which was massively appreciated. A slept through the night and seemed very happy the next morning so I am confident she did an excellent job of looking after him! Hi Pam I would really like to pass on some positive feedback regarding Tom. Tom got on extremely well in the nursery with the staff and children. The children warmed to him very quickly and he engaged well with them, often hiding inside a box or going to him for a cuddle and reassurance. Tom's nature was calm and the children appeared very relaxed around him. It was lovely to see how easily the children responded to him, especially allowing him to be involved in their play. Thanks
Oh Pam, I can’t tell you what this morning has meant to me. Holly was absolutely brilliant. I spent the whole morning listening to S giggling away. I felt Holly was completely unphased by the fact that S only slept for 20 mins and it was raining all morning. S obviously loved his time with Holly. But for me personally I was able to spend a morning completely focused on work without any worries or concerns and knowing that S was not only in good hands but also having a great time. Hi Pamela Just wanted to say a huge thanks for putting us in touch with Jess. She was amazing with the kids and fitted in really well in the house, especially as it was our first nanny experience. We have said we would definitely use again and have said the same to her so will be in touch.
